Motorola RDM2070d Walmart VHF Two-Way Radio Battery Charger base Is Defective

  
Here's a Motorola RDM2070d Walmart VHF Two-Way Radio. My last one has a battery charger base that just flashes when trying to charge.

The waukee charged fine in one of the other bases I had. I even tried different wall transformers but it defenitly is the base.
