Motorola Solutions CLP1080e UHF 8-Channel Two-Way Business Radio with Scan
Pretty close to new shape. Bought for my business and used once. Really high quality used them in a previous job heavily. Good battery life and "private" channels.
They use channels that regular two way radios are not programmed to operate on. Each unit comes with the ear piece push to talk as well as their charging dock stations.
