The items are in D Used, Fair cosmetic and working condition. For cosmetic condition, please refer to the Product Grading System - Below. Upon inspection of the devices, I noticed the type of scuffs and scratches that happen with normal use. There's noticeable scuffing on the screens on the devices from use (SEE PICTURES #3 & #4). There's fading on the buttons from use (SEE PICTURES #4 & #5). One device is missing the plug-in charging port cover (SEE PICTURES #8 & #9).

One device has cosmetic damage to the large side button (SEE PICTURES #10 & #11). One device is missing the audio jack port cover (SEE PICTURES #12 & #13). All ports and connectors are in good cosmetic condition. I was able to power on the devices using in-house battery packs (BATTERY PACKS NOT INCLUDED).

The display screens of the devices are free of dead pixels. I was able to navigate the devices using the buttons. I was able to change the channels using the arrow buttons. I was able to adjust the volume using the top side buttons. I was able to communicate through the devices using the large side button and also hear feedback through the built-in speakers. The Audio Jack ports are untested. The devices have been factory reset.

Products are in working condition. Battery Packs, Charging Bases and other accessories not included.
