Upon inspection of the devices, I noticed the type of scuffs and scratches that happen with normal use. There's Heavy cosmetic damage on the devices from use (SEE PICTURES).

There's Moderate scuffing on the display screens from use (SEE PICTURES). The plastic antennas have broken off (SEE PICTURES). All ports and connectors are in good cosmetic condition. I was able to power on the devices using the included battery packs. The batteries charge and hold a charge but I cannot guarantee life of the batteries.

The display screen on the devices are free of dead pixels. I was able to navigate the devices using the buttons. I was able to change the channels using the buttons. I was able to adjust the volume using the top side buttons. I was able to communicate through the devices using the large side button and also hear feedback through the built-in speakers.

The devices have been factory reset. Products are in working condition.
